Persons left alone

Adam

Genesis 2:18  

The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

Jacob

Genesis 32:24  

So Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him till daybreak.

Moses

Exodus 24:2  

But Moses alone is to approach the LORD; the others must not come near. And the people may not come up with him.”

Job’s servants

Job 1:15-19  

15 and the Sabeans attacked and carried them off. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

Paul

1 Thessalonians 3:1
