Things Man Remembers

Faults

Genesis 41:9

Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh, “Today I am reminded of my shortcomings.

Fish

Numbers 11:5

We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost—also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic.

The days of darkness

Ecclesiastes 11:8

However many years a man may live, let him enjoy them all. But let him remember the days of darkness, for they will be many. Everything to come is meaningless.

His own ways

Ezekiel 16:63

Then, when I make atonement for you for all you have done, you will remember and be ashamed and never again open your mouth because of your humiliation, declares the Sovereign LORD.’”

What others have against him

Matthew 5:23

Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you,

God loves you…

God loves you the way you are, but He refuses to leave you that way. He wants you to be just like Jesus.
