Fellowship with Wrong

Unbelievers

2 Corinthians 6:14

Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

Fornicators, idolaters, drunkards and swindlers

2 Corinthians 5:9-11

9 So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it.

10  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.

11 Since, then, we know what it is to fear the Lord, we try to persuade men. What we are is plain to God, and I hope it is also plain to your conscience.

Self-lovers, boasters, the proud, the ungrateful

1Timothy 3:2

Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, The unforgiving, slanderous, brutal

1 Timothy 3:3

Not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.

The Bible speaks of many with whom we are not to have fellowship:

Vain persons

Psalms 26:4

I do not sit with deceitful men, nor do I consort with hypocrites;

Evil Workers

Psalms 26:5

I abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked.
