Deuteronomy 7:9
“Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the
faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those
who love him and keep his commands.”
What a tremendous God we serve! This fitting description
tells of our faithful and loving God who is Lord over all the earth and heaven.
The Creator of all things could never love us more or less, for He is
acquainted with all our ways. His grace does not extend to the Israelites alone,
but to all who believe in every generation (cf. Gal 3:6-29). This is the God we
serve! This is the God we worship!
