Power to strengthen
Ephesians 4:16

But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.
Understanding – to discern
Isaiah 11:2
The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.
1 King 3:12
I have done according to your words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding heart, so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you.
