Exodus 21:14

“But if a man acts with premeditation against his neighbour, to kill him by treachery, you shall take him from My altar, that he may die.

Numbers 15:30

‘But the person who does anything presumptuously, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one brings reproach on the Lord, and he shall be cut off from among his people.

Deuteronomy 1:43

So I spoke to you; yet you would not listen, but rebelled against the command of the Lord, and presumptuously went up into the mountain.

Deuteronomy 17:12-13
