Let them pray for the Holy Spirit:

Acts 9:17

Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on  Saul, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord—Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here—has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

Let them Baptize you:

Acts 9:18

Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized,

Let them commission you:

Acts 13:3

So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them  and sent them off.

Let them guide you:

1 Timothy 5:17

The elders  who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honour,  especially those whose work is preaching and teaching

Let them rebuke you:

Psalm 141:5

Let a righteous man strike me—that is a kindness;
 let him rebuke me —that is oil on my head.
 My head will not refuse it,
 for my prayer will still be against the deeds of evildoers.

Follow them as they follow Christ:

Hebrew 13:7

Remember your leaders,  who spoke the word of God  to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate  their faith

1Corinthians 11:1
