While God’s promises may be delayed, they are never diminished with time. We can always trust God’s timing. God sometimes may seem silent, but His work is never dormant. You may not hear God speaking, but you can see Him working. He is rarely early, but He is never late and while you are waiting on God’s timing, you can be sure He is working.
His sovereignty allows His silence. He came as a child of an earthly mother so we could become children of a heavenly Father. He gives us spiritual freedom, a supernatural family and special favour.

Thou saidst, Fear not. This was the language of God's grace, by the witness of his Spirit with their spirits. And what are all our sorrows, compared with those of the Redeemer? He will deliver his people from every trouble, and revive his church from every persecution.
He will save believers with everlasting salvation, while his enemies perish with everlasting destruction.
Romans 12:15
Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. —
While misery may love company, grief tends to make us withdraw and hide. Let's remember those who have lost loved ones, especially this time of year. Let them know how you valued their loved one and miss him or her, too. Please keep these folks in your prayers and in your social plans, as well. In addition, make this a season of true joy — affirm others by rejoicing in their blessings
