Facts about God’s Promises – Galatians 3:29

It’s Conditional – Galatians 3:29
If you belong to Christ,  then you are Abraham’s seed,  and heirs  according to the promise.

It’s Hopeful – Acts 26:7
This is the promise our twelve tribes  are hoping to see fulfilled as they earnestly serve God day and night.  King Agrippa, it is because of this hope that these Jews are accusing me.

It’s by Grace – Romans 4:16
Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace  and may be guaranteed  to all Abraham’s offspring—not only to those who are of the law but also to those who have the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all.

Questions in 2 Chronicles

7:21
This temple will become a heap of rubble. All who pass by will be appalled  and say,  ‘Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’

9:29
As for the other events of Solomon’s reign, from beginning to end, are they not written in the records of Nathan  the prophet, in the prophecy of Ahijah  the Shilonite and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam  son of Nebat?

10:6
Then King Rehoboam consulted the elders  who had served his father Solomon during his lifetime. “How would you advise me to answer these people?” he asked.

1 Corinthians 9:22

“To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.”

Christ left heaven and came to earth to save us. Paul sacrificed everything to share the Gospel with both Jews and Gentiles. What have we done... what have we left... what have we given up... what have we become... to share Jesus with those we love, know, or influence?
