Promises of God – James 1:12

Crown of Life – James 1:12
Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial  because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life  that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

Kingdom of God – James 2:5
Listen, my dear brothers and sisters:  Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world  to be rich in faith  and to inherit the kingdom  he promised those who love him?

New Heavens – 2 Peter 3:13
But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth,  where righteousness dwells.

Psalm 138:8

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever — do not abandon the works of your hands. —

God has a purpose and plan for each of our lives. The greatest thing we can do is to find that purpose and live it out. We can trust his purpose for us because it is based on his wisdom and love. As long as we seek his will, we're not going to do anything that can ultimately mess up his purpose for us.
Yes, we may at times stray from the perfect channel he wants us to travel, but we never get totally out of the main channel. As long as we do not abandon him, and remember he will never forsake us, he will use us for his purposes.

The forgiveness of the wicked

The evil ones must cease to do wrong – Isaiah 1:16
Wash  and make yourselves clean.
 Take your evil deeds out of my sight;
 stop doing wrong.

An evil conscience is cleansed by the blood of Christ – Hebrew 10:22
let us draw near to God  with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings,  having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience  and having our bodies washed with pure water.
