In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father for you; for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God.
Palm Sunday
But not everyone in Jerusalem welcomed Him. Some people asked in Matthew 21:10 – Who is this?
Soon many turned against Jesus and demanded His death: “What shall I do then, with Jesus who is called Christ? Pilate asked. They all answered, “Crucify Him!”
Where would you have been on that first Palm Sunday? Among the disciples who welcomed Him—or among the skeptical crowds? It’s easy to condemn those who condemned Jesus—but would we have acted any differently? We too are sinners, and we too have rebelled against God?

Isaiah 66:2
For all those things My hand has made,
And all those things exist,”
Says the Lord.
“But on this one will I look:
On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit,
And who trembles at My word.
Thought
. For forty centuries, in one unbroken column, the race of man had been marching into the shadows. And of all the millions who had descended into the shadowed valley, not one had every returned. No dead human form through all the centuries had risen up into a post-mortem life. There was in all Earth’s area not one empty grave.
