An unknown prophet:
2 Kings 23:16-17
16 Then Josiah looked around, and when he saw the tombs that
were there on the hillside, he had the bones removed from them and burned on
the altar to defile it, in accordance with the word of the LORD proclaimed by
the man of God who foretold these things.
17 The king asked, “What is that tombstone I see?” The men of
the city said, “It marks the tomb of the man of God who came from Judah and
pronounced against the altar of Bethel the very things you have done to it.”
Please read 1 Kings 13: 1 to 31.
David:
2 Chronicles 8:14
In keeping with the ordinance of his father David, he
appointed the divisions of the priests for their duties, and the Levites to
lead the praise and to assist the priests according to each day's requirement.
He also appointed the gatekeepers by divisions for the various gates, because
this was what David the man of God had ordered.
Nehemiah 12:24
And the leaders of the Levites were Hashabiah, Sherebiah,
Jeshua son of Kadmiel, and their associates, who stood opposite them to give
praise and thanksgiving, one section responding to the other, as prescribed by
David the man of God.
Nehemiah 12:36
And his associates—Shemaiah, Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai,
Nethanel, Judah and Hanani—with musical instruments prescribed by David the man
of God. Ezra the scribe led the procession.
Evangelism:
Prayer without evangelism is like an arrow shot into the air
at no specific target.
