Contention
Matthew 18:15-17
15 “If your brother sins against you, go and show him his
fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your
brother over.
16 But if he will not listen, take one or two others along,
so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three
witnesses.’
17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church;
and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan
or a tax collector.
Contentment
John 6:43
“Stop grumbling among yourselves,” Jesus answered.
Conversion
Matthew 13:15
For this people's heart has become calloused; they hardly
hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see
with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn,
and I would heal them.’
Convict
John 16:8
When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard
to sin and righteousness and judgment:
Corruption, moral
Luke 11:39
