He can feel:
Ephesians 4:30
And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were
sealed for the day of redemption.
He can comfort:

a time of peace. It was strengthened; and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it

He can think:

with groans that words cannot express.

He can exercise His will:

All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he
gives them to each one, just as he determines.
He can forbid:

Paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of
Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the
word in the province of Asia.
He can work miracles:
Acts 19:6
When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on
them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.
