Part - 2
Ecclesiastes 8:1-5
1 Who is like the wise man? Who knows the explanation of
things? Wisdom brightens a man's face and changes its hard appearance.
2 Obey the king's command, I say, because you took an oath
before God.
3 Do not be in a hurry to leave the king's presence. Do not
stand up for a bad cause, for he will do whatever he pleases.
4 Since a king's word is supreme, who can say to him, “What are
you doing?”
5 Whoever obeys his command will come to no harm, and the
wise heart will know the proper time and procedure.
Proverbs 22:17
Pay attention and listen to the sayings of the wise; apply
your heart to what I teach,
Psalms 82:2-4
2 “How long will you defend the unjust and show partiality to
the wicked? Selah
3 Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the
rights of the poor and oppressed.
4 Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of
the wicked.
2 Chronicles 19:7
Now let the fear of the LORD be upon you. Judge carefully,
for with the LORD our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.”
Deuteronomy 16:19
Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a
bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the
righteous.
Deuteronomy 1:17
Do not show partiality in judging; hear both small and great
alike. Do not be afraid of any man, for judgment belongs to God. Bring me any
case too hard for you, and I will hear it.
