Life of victory which has come to many of us is that of the Highway in Isaiah 35.
Here, only one kind of person is barred from walking there and that is unclean one.
The unclean shall not pass over it. This includes not only the sinner who does not know Christ as his Savior, but the Christian who does and yet is walking in unconfessed and uncleansed sin
The only way on to the Highway is up a small, dark, forbidding hill - the Hill of Calvary. It is the sort of hill we have to climb on our knees.
If we content with our present Christian life, if we do not desire with a desperate hunger to get onto the Highway, we shall never get to our knees and thus never climb the hill.
Friends, choice is ours and we know the results!

Leviticus 19:19
“‘Keep my decrees.
“‘Do not mate different kinds of animals.
“‘Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed.
“‘Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.
in Miracles – Exodus 10:22-23
So Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and total darkness covered all Egypt for three days. No one could see anyone else or move about for three days. Yet all the Israelites had light in the places where they lived.
Thoughts
. The religion of some people is constrained, like the cold bath when used, not for pleasure, but from necessity for health, into which one goes with reluctance and is glad when able to get out. But religion to the true believer is like water to a fish; it is his element; he lives in it and could not live out of it. - John Newton
