Be encouraged - 7

It did not happened to King Jehoshaphat because of his total faith in his God. With this great living example today we too can say that whenever we have to face uphill task, difficulties, challenges, sicknesses, failure, insults, defeat – we can remember just one thing i.e. our battle (our problems) is not belong to us but it’s God’s.

We have to just tell Lord God, we have to just tell Him, Lord this problem has come. We got to admit just like King Jehoshaphat that we are too weak to face this problem or battle. You know about it, without Your permission nothing happens on this earth. Therefore we are surrendering our life and giving back this problem (battle) to You. You solve it and be rest assured that, if you have that kind of faith, belief your battles will be solved.

Unfortunately many are failing in such kind of battles. But this did not happen with King Jehoshaphat. Ultimately here in this message, in this reality he has to still face the war. He is going to face the war.

Prophet Jahaziel, what else he told King Jehoshaphat ? let’s read the V. 17 we will find an answer for that. “You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see  the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.’”

Well, this seems to be very confusing to my readers. Because Jahaziel tells King Jehoshaphat you have to go for the battle tomorrow morning. You have to take the position. And also he tells him, there is no need for you fight. Oh, God what will you understand from this kind of statement.
It’s very simple to know that, this battle is not belong to King Jehoshaphat, it’s Lord’s, He is going to fight on his behalf. Jahaziel also tells him there is no need to worry because your deliverance is  from Lord God.

Can this way things can happen in our lives. No matter how you feel that my battle is belong to God.
In very supernatural way this exactly happened in King Jehoshaphat life.
Now, let’s see how this battle took place and the result of the war.
Now, the time has come for King Jehoshaphat to give an order to his army. But even now he does not give an order because he wanted to do something else. What is it?
He wanted to pray, his final prayer before marching into the war field. Yes, he prayed, how did he pray this prayer.
