Simeon
Luke 2:25
Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was
righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the
Holy Spirit was upon him.

Psalms 104:25-28
25 There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with
creatures beyond number— living things both large and small.
26 There the ships go to and fro, and the leviathan, which
you formed to frolic there.
27 These all look to you to give them their food at the
proper time.
28 When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open
your hand, they are satisfied with good things.
Psalms 145:15-16
15 The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food
at the proper time.
16 You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living
thing.
God also waits-upon man
Isaiah 30:18
Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show
you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for
him!
