Witness against, no cause:
Proverbs 24:28
Do not testify against your neighbor without cause, or use
your lips to deceive.
Hasty striving with:
Proverbs 25:8
Do not bring hastily to court, for what will you do in the
end if your neighbor puts you to shame?
Debating with:
Proverbs 25:9
If you argue your case with a neighbor, do not betray another
man's confidence,
Wrong sport with:
Proverbs 26:19
Is a man who deceives his neighbor and says, “I was only
joking!”
Forsake not:
Proverbs 27:10
Do not forsake your friend and the friend of your father, and
do not go to your brother's house when disaster strikes you— better a neighbor
nearby than a brother far away.
Christ and neighbors:
Matthew 5:43
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and
hate your enemy.’
Matthew 19:19
Honor your father and mother,’ and ‘love your neighbor as
yourself.’”
Matthew 22:39
And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
Luke 10:29-36
29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And
who is my neighbor?”
30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem
to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him of his
clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead.
31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when
he saw the man, he passed by on the other side.
32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him,
passed by on the other side.
33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was;
and when he saw him, he took pity on him.
34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and
wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn and took care
of him.
35 The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to
the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse
you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the
man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
Paul and neighbors:

fulfillment of the law.
Romans 15:2
