2 Corinthians 11:23
Are they servants of Christ? (I am out of my mind to talk
like this.) I am more. I have worked much harder, been in prison more
frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again.
1 Corinthians 4:9
For it seems to me that God has put us apostles on display at
the end of the procession, like men condemned to die in the arena. We have been
made a spectacle to the whole universe, to angels as well as to men.
Philippians 3:10
I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and
the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,
Romans 8:18
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth
comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
2 Timothy 2:12
If we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he
will also disown us;
2 Timothy 3:12
In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ
Jesus will be persecuted,
1 Peter 4:1
Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves
also with the same attitude, because he who has suffered in his body is done
with sin.
Evangelism
"A church in the land without the Spirit is rather a
curse than a blessing. If you have not the Spirit of God, Christian worker,
remember that you stand in somebody else's way; you are a fruitless tree
standing where a fruitful tree might grow."– C. H. Spurgeon
