The Gospel
The Gospel is the incarnation of God’s Son, Jesus Christ our
Lord.
God’s Son:
John 1:34
I have seen and I testify that this is the Son of God.”
Jesus:
Matthew 1:21
She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the
name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”
Christ:
Matthew 1:18
This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother
Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she
was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit.
Our Lord:
Acts 2:36
“Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made
this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

Confessing our Sins
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will
forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
God, through His love and grace, promises to forgive us every
time we confess our sins to Him! He does not cut us off when we continually
sin, but instead loves to lavish His unending grace on us.
We are not lacking anything
Psalms 36:7
How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among
men find refuge in the shadow of your wings.
In the midst of the most desolate wilderness or most perilous
storm, every child of Abraham may rejoice that the Lord offers Himself as the
surest of shelters. Circumstance, no matter how treacherous, is of no great
concern for the believer for he has an eternal and unshakable refuge, lacking
of no good thing. By the blood of Christ, all the believer's sins are washed
away and he need tremble no more at the wrath of the Almighty due him for the
fall.
