Gives fellowship:

comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,
Writes on fleshy tables of hearts:
2 Corinthians 3:1-3
1 Do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or need we, as some
others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?
2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of
all men:
3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle
of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the
living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.
Maintaining unity of the Spirit is not automatic:
Ephesians 4:3
Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of
peace.
Can be quenched:
1 Thessalonians 5:19
Quench not the Spirit.
Sources of sanctification:
2 Thessalonians 2:13
But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you,
brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to
salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and
Belief of the truth:
1 Peter 1:2
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father,
through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the
blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.
Gives liberty:
2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord
is, there is freedom.
