Philippians 3:10  

I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,

1 John 1:7

Colossians 4:7

In what name one has to be baptized?

Matthew 28:19  

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,

Acts 8:16  

Because the Holy Spirit had not yet come upon any of them; they had simply been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.

Hindrances to Prayer

James 1:6-7  

6 But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.

7 That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord;

When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.
