Thoughts on Today's Verse....

When you think about the large cities of our modern world, what do you think about? Jesus sees them, and passionately yearns for the lost people in those great cities to be saved!

Message 

. We talk of the Second Coming, half the world has never heard of the first.

. As long as there are millions destitute of the Word of God and knowledge of Jesus Christ, it will be impossible for me to devote time and energy to those who have both. 

Heathen 

Someone asked will the heathen who have never heard the Gospel be saved? It is more a question with me whether we -- who have the Gospel and fail to give it to those who have not -- can be saved.

Morning Prayer.

Most gracious loving heavenly Father

We praise Your Holy name, we give all the glory and honor to you master, we call you as our ‘Abba’ this morning. We are seeking you Lord. You are all knowing and all powerful God. You are created each one of us.

Yes Lord, this morning through this prayer we want to talk to You. We want to open our hearts to You Master. Cleanse us purify us heavenly father. Yes Lord, there is a power in the name of Jesus.

We are looking up to you. As psalmist David prayed, (Ps. 121) we too are praying and looking towards you to the mountain, unto thee lift up our eyes. It is good to have someone to look up to. We are not looking towards the world for our help but for you. Let us think no hour of the day inopportune for waiting upon the Lord; no watch of the night too dark for us to look to him. We are dear children of the Living God? You are our constant helper in our storms. You are always ready to help us in our cry. ( Psalm 46:1) today if we look around we would be get distressed. Looing inside us we will be depressed but looking at you Jesus we will be in rest. This morning as we look towards you it gives us desire, hope, confidence and expectation of our lives from you Lord.

 As we entering into yet another new morning, there may be new trials, new temptations and new troubles, but our eyes are going to be on you master for your help. We are looking upon you because you are our father, friend and our savior.  

Today you can direct our every path. Your grace will be sufficient for each one of us. Your strength will be made perfect in our every weakness. You are going to comfort us. You have got providence to supply to us for our every need today. 

So Lord, this morning we are looking up to you in faith, hope, and prayers. "Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us — looking unto Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith!" Hebrews 12:1-2

Yes Lord, you are our helper of the hopeless, the homeless, the hurting, the harassed, and the heckled.  You know what our need is emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually and financially.  You will be providing for our every need that we have.

We do pray for our dear countries and its leaders, for thy servants, churches, world peace.
We will be joining David as he has said: "In the morning, O Lord, You hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you — and will look up!" Psalm 5:3
