Bible references for Money

Psalms 15:5 - who lends his money without usury and does not accept a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken.

Ecclesiastes 10:19 -A feast is made for laughter, and wine makes life merry, but money is the answer for everything.

Isaiah 52:3 -For this is what the LORD says: “You were sold for nothing, and without money you will be redeemed.”

Isaiah 55:1 -“Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come; buy wine and milk without money and without cost.

Matthew 21:12 -Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves.

Matthew 25:18 -But the man who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money.

Mark 14:11 -They were delighted to hear this and promised to give him money. So he watched for an opportunity to hand him over.

Luke 10:4 -Do not take a purse or bag or sandals; and do not greet anyone on the road.
