1 Corinthians 15

God’s Word for God’s People

Serving Him with our heart, soul and mind

Deuteronomy 30:9-10

9 Then the LORD your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The LORD will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your fathers,

10 if you obey the LORD your God and keep his commands and decrees that are written in this Book of the Law and turn to the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

As we devote our lives to serve God, He blesses the fruit of our labors with great delight and pleasure. Just as He rejoices to bless us, so also Christians should desire to serve Him. This unfathomable pleasure in serving is solely founded on the Word of God and living in accordance to it. When we follow His commands with all our heart, soul, and mind, God prospers our way over abundance.

Daily Thoughts

` Trust God for today--and prepare for tomorrow.

` A child of God is always welcomed home.

` Love gives others the benefit of the doubt.

` Kindness and compassion have led more people to Christ than proclamation alone.
